Okay, I'm sure in some places here in the US, that gust of wind from the window is not just because of the season, and the flickering of the lights is not just people trying to "get in the mood".
But IT IS the week of Halloween, and as such it's time to go over the one subject we like to talk about this time of the year... and that of course is FEAR.
