Yes, check the calendar and you'd know that it's "THAT TIME" again. It's TIME to go over the thing we do not want to discuss.

And because this is a special show, with a singular subject, I won't be doing things like I normally do. We're going to go over the tax system thanks to an Archive Plus article from 2000, a look at the most recent attempt to "fix" the tax system, and my take on the program that WOULD work.
